Why I created this toolkit.

A mom-to-mom message from someone who's been there.

Hi, I'm a mom of two, mental health advocate, and the creator of A Self-Care Toolkit for New and Stay-at-Home Moms. Like many moms, I once found myself overwhelmed, exhausted, and wondering how to take care of myself while taking care of everyone else.

With a background in psychology and a deep belief that motherhood shouldn’t mean losing yourself, I developed this toolkit to share the simple, grounding practices that helped me find calm, clarity, and confidence again. I live in beautiful Oregon with my husband, our two little ones (ages 4 and 1), and a firm belief that self-care isn’t selfish — it’s essential.
